CHARACTERISTICS OF NANOSTRUCTURED CdO FILMS PREPARED BY CHEMICAL BATH DEPOSITION TECHNIQUE

摘要: Nanostructured CdO films were prepared by chemical bath deposition (CBD) technique. Cadmium nitrate salt was used as a source of cadmium ions (Cd+2). The effect solution molarity on the structural, morphological, optical and electrical properties nanostructured had been investigated. To obtain good film stoichiometry, heated in static air temperature 673 K for 90 min. X-ray diffraction results showed formation polycrystalline oxide structure. average grain size root mean square roughness values obtained from AFM investigation 87 nm 13 respectively with 0.03 M 98 17 0.1 M. transmittance visible region between 70–80% corresponding direct energy 2.41–2.5 eV. resistivity at temperatures 300–500 measured.
