摘要: An experimental study on the extraction of DL-anabasine from Alangium platanifolium root (APR) using an emulsion liquid membranes system (ELMs) has been reported. The ELMs was assembled a butadiene styrene rubber emulsifier to prepare emulsion, instead surfactant Span 80, and acetic acid kerosene as carrier diluent solution, respectively. time, pH, volume ratio in membrane phase were examined, optimum reaction condition determined. Under such condition, appropriate pH gradient feed strip aqueous set up. selective separation matrix raw APR or processed demonstrated that facilitated transport achieved ELMs. A dynamic provided reasonable fit for amount extracted versus time ELMs, which is based mass transfer across boundary layer, interfacial chemical reaction, diffusion globule. Comparisons between liquid–liquid (LLE) ELM performed both qualitative semi-quantitative analysis GC/MS. results showed relationship bell-shaped curve, reached its maximum at 2 min, then decreased with either increasing decreasing time. three times greater than LLE.
