摘要: This study examines the role of partisanship in effectiveness Lisbon Strategy for Growth and Jobs. As a soft governance approach, aims to disseminate best practices on labour market policy across EU member states. The learning view, as underlying philosophy Lisbon, holds that national governments can learn new better through interaction with alternative ideas. In contrast, approach suggests choose only components strategy fitting ideological preferences political parties government. this article, I analyse policies Denmark, Netherlands Sweden two separate years trace effects varying environments. reveals these countries do not give equal attention all recommendations guidelines; they address particular those guidelines fit incumbent parties.
