摘要: This study evaluated the impact of a Crisis Intervention program as an alternative to use psychiatric treatment beds for young children. A multidisciplinary community-based intervention was utilized, including family therapy, intervention, and school consultations. The service in relation by population children eligible Medicaid or uninsured. In comparison historical control group, resulted 23% reduction beds. cost-minimization analysis indicated that addition reducing beds, cost also slightly reduced.
