摘要: A tube welding rod resistant to high stress abrasion is used for hard facing of an abrasion-resistant layer, and comprises a welded filler filling the tube. The comprises, in weight percentages, 65-90% spherical sintered tungsten carbide particles, 5-30% cast 0-15% mechanically ground 2-6% alloy power, 0.2-1% organic binder. mixed particles improves resistance performance hard-faced layer working condition, overall formed by rod, suitable surface hardening bits.
