摘要: This paper estimates the relationship of attributes importance (AI) to prospect purchase intention by closing listening gap between customers and managers container shipping companies. A proposition minimum cross entropy is proposed find a solution problem with maximum convergent validity, this used estimate AI, in which both opinions about AI companies are included. Results indicate that price, discount, personal selling, word mouth, most important intention, within industry. In addition, managerial implications also discussed.
