摘要: Purpose: Discordance with the guideli- nes and underutilization of pharmacotherapy for sec- ondary prevention frequently exists in clinical practi- ce. Aim our study was to assess prescription rou- tine drug utilization patterns antiplatelets peroral anticoagulants tertiary medical center speci- alized cardiovascular rehabilitation. Methods: included 96 consecutive patients scheduled rehabilitation period 1-6 months after acute treatment ischemic 87 (80.2%) valvular heart disease 18 (19.8%). Pati- ents were divided according etiology disea- se type treatments (conser- vative, percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) surgery). Results: Dual antiplatelet therapy most commonly applied regimen 84 (87.5%) conserva- tively treated myocardial infarctions, 47 (61.9%) 13 (58.9%) surgically group (p > 0.05). Among studied significant differences uti- lization found warfarin, or combinations warfarin All four that rece- ived triple (4.17%) from surgical group. Underutilization dise- ase at 11 (14.3%) what congruent de- veloped industrial nations. Conclusions: Acute type, but not etiology, had influence on subsequent routine. Decreased use pharmacological agents secondary revealed. Drug ana- lyzes can offer improvement optimizing tre- atments, quality care decrease unnecessary polypragmasia, as well improve economical effici- ency management.
