摘要: Abstract The chemical transformations of three barium cuprates, BaCuO 2 , Ba Cu 3 O 5.9 and CuO which are the precursors decomposition products Ba-based family superconducting were studied through their Raman bands under various laser irradiation conditions in air. was stable up to mW/μm . transformed into or higher. first ∼1 then when increased above At elevated temperatures air, seems be most these cuprates least stable.
