摘要: Buckwheat leaves and young parts of the plant are consumed in some countries as a vegetable. Green flour, obtained by milling dried plants, is used natural food colorant. The distribution vitamin E, squalene, epicatechin, rutin (as most important antioxidants) within buckwheat well changes their content during growing season, were determined GC-MS HPLC analyses. α-Tocopherol was found main component E all plant; epicatechin squalene also detected. For use an antioxidant source human diet, suitable part plants seems to be flowers at stage full flowering due considerable amounts epicatechin. correlates positively with temperature, drought, duration solar radiation.
