摘要: The effects of nitroglycerin (NTG) and nitroprusside (NPR) were examined in conscious dogs on measurements left circumflex coronary blood flow diameter calculations late diastolic resistance (LDCR) internal cross-sectional area (CSA). infusions NTG, 8 microgram/kg/Min for 7 minutes, NPR, 2.5 microgram/kg/min compared. These doses NTG NPR induced similar mean arterial ventricular (LV) systolic end-diastolic pressure, heart rate LV dP/dt. However, significantly greater (p less than 0.05) increases CSA while reductions LDCR NTG. Just before cessation infusion, rose by 29.2 +/- 4.7% with 22.7 3.9% fell 8.8 3.3% 21.6 2.7% NPR. Moreover, the more sustained those Thus, dogs, that exert general hemodynamic effects, elicit qualitatively but quantitatively different small vs large vessels. Whereas dilation vessels, it exerted larger longer lasting arteries.
