摘要: Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 exhibited a positive chemotactic response to P(i). The was induced by P(i) limitation. An alkaline phosphatase (AP) constitutive mutant showed P(i), regardless of whether the cells were starved for Sequence analysis and complementation studies that P. phoU gene involved both in regulation AP expression induction taxis. However, unlike expression, taxis not regulated phoB product.
