摘要: • Fifty-six adults were identified with blunt hepatic trauma. Sixteen patients (29%) treated successfully nonoperative management. There no delayed laparotomies or deaths in the group. All required close observation. Eight (50%) of 16 transfusion more than 3 U packed red blood cells. two significant late complications requiring readmission. Four (25%) had complex fractures, yet without laparotomy. The quantity fluid abdomen, as estimated by computed tomography, did not predict failure treatment. Nonoperative management injuries is a useful alternative selected when course therapy based on hemodynamic stability patient and supported tomographic findings. ( Arch Surg . 1990;125:905-909)
