摘要: Objective: To systematically review the literature investigating effectiveness of physiotherapy in adults with cerebellar dysfunction and to document treatment strategies currently employed management this patient population.Data sources: Eight electronic databases were searched source English-language studies published up December 2007. Secondary searching reference lists was also undertaken.Review methods: Studies included if they used a quantitative research design investigate effect on diagnosed dysfunction. Three reviewers involved study selection. Eligible assessed for methodological quality.
