摘要: In order to investigate the pathogenesis of frostbite a combined trypan blue and catecholamine fluorescence method was adopted for studying changes in cutaneous adrenergic nerves, mast cells, patency blood vessels, distribution flow vascular permeability after experimental cold injury. The skin rats frozen with copper cylinder precooled liquid nitrogen. were investigated 1/2, 4, 8, 16 24 h or 2, 7, 9 14 days freezing. Trypan has red when absorbed onto proteins. normal this stain seen inside vessels dermal tissues. Bluegreen fluorescent nerves erector pili muscles around arteries arterioles. cells yellow. specimens taken half an hour freezing most appeared morphologically normal.
