摘要: Methyl jasmonate (MeJA) protective effect on photosynthetic performance and its association with antioxidants in two highbush blueberry (Vaccinium corymbosum L.) cultivars contrasting aluminum (Al) resistance under Al toxicity was determined. Legacy (Al-resistant) Bluegold (Al-sensitive) were subjected to control, MeJA, Al, their combination (Al+MeJA) for 0, 24, 48 h greenhouse conditions. concentration, oxidative damage (malondialdehyde (MDA) H2O2 concentrations), antioxidant activity (AA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) catalase (CAT) activities, total polyphenols (TPP), chlorogenic acid, vivo The exposure increased the concentration (up 15-fold) 5.5-fold) compared control at 48 h, despite responses (SOD CAT activities) 4-fold), mainly Al-sensitive cultivar 48 h. Concomitantly, strongly reduced (1.6-fold), while Al-resistant more stable during experiment. However, when exposed Al+MeJA, accumulation decreased (7-fold 1.6-fold, respectively), increasing AA, SOD TPP both first hours of exposure. MeJA application uptake stimulated pathways, which may counteract toxic effects, protecting apparatus cultivars, being evident cultivar.
