摘要: The composition of bacterial populations in copper bioleaching systems was investigated by analysis DNA obtained either directly from ores or leaching solutions after laboratory cultures. This consisted the characterization spacer regions between 16 and 23S genes rRNA genetic loci PCR amplification. sizes regions, amplified DNAs samples, were compared with those cultures main species isolated systems. allowed a preliminary assessment present samples. Identification bacteria achieved partial sequencing 16S adjacent to regions. observed columns leached at different iron concentrations indicated presence mixture bacteria. region corresponding Thiobacillus ferrooxidans product high ferrous concentration. At low concentration, lengths, thiooxidans "Leptospirillum ferrooxidans" observed. However, T. appeared predominate culture these samples medium containing as energy source. Although some strains contained singular they belonged within previously described groups according nucleotide sequence neighbor rRNA. These results illustrate diversity selective pressure generated growth conditions.
