摘要: The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics primary diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) lacrimal sac. A 77-year-old man had epiphora right eye for three years. After visiting five clinics and hospitals, he referred our hospital, preoperative magnetic resonance imaging findings suggested a sac mass. Dacryocysteography showed an obstruction nasolacrimal duct, so we performed dacryocystectomy. histopathologic examination specimen, patient diagnosed with DLBCL. Positron emission tomography scanning excluded metastases, final diagnosis made DLBCL He underwent radiotherapy 30.6 Gray in total radiotherapy, no recurrence has been observed anywhere his body one year. Although malignant is rare, clinicians should consider differential patients chronic dacryocystitis.
