摘要: Au/Ag core/shell bipyramids were used as surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrates to determine the thiram. The metallic showed high SERS performance and are very suitable for analytical sensors. fabrication characterization of described. influence experimental parameters, such thickness Ag shell bipyramids, sodium chloride concentration, pH value on thiram was examined optimized. Under optimum conditions, molecules effectively adsorbed onto intensity is proportional concentration in range 3.3 400.0 ng mL–1. corresponding correlation coefficient linear equation 0.997, which indicates that there a good relationship between concentration. limit detection 2.0 ng mL–1. results indicate proposed method viable determination Some environmental water samples analyzed satisfactory.
