摘要: The existing process kinetics model of the acetone-butanol fermentation was adjusted and adapted for fed-batch mode operation. optimal sugar feeding strategy maximum solvent production determined from implemented in an experiment where fluorescent features culture were also determined. While predictions agreed with experimentally observed trends, actual data did not compare well. characterisation physiological state under dynamic growth conditions attempted by utilizing on-line fluorescence measurements concept stoichiometric metabolic pathway rates. This methodology served well assessing NADH related activity substrate consumption rate solventogenic phase.
