摘要: Land degradation is one of the most critical global environmental threats. The EU Biodiversity Strategy to 2020 has appointed land and ecosystems fragmentation caused by transport infrastructures as crucial threats biodiversity. Implementing criteria in roadway project conception phase for restoring large cut slopes will prevent this threat. There a lack decision support systems implement making procedure restore high slopes. major difficulties have been building consensus ensuring traceability transparency from panel experts. This paper presents hybrid framework capable dealing with also conventional territorial economic criteria. combines Analytical Hierarchy Process Delphi technique VIKOR procedure. experts' consensual decision-making process properly documented, unambiguous verifiable. results study yielded that functional are key factors slope restoration projects. And it found suitability cut-and-cover tunnels despite their higher cost complexity its construction.
