摘要: Onychomycoses are difficult-to-treat fungal infections with a high recurrence rate that relates to the anatomic and pathophysiological conditions in nail organ required extended duration of treatment. Clinical-epidemiological studies demonstrated non-dermatophyte molds yeasts primary causative agents 20%-30% onychomycoses. Mixed dermatophytes observed as well. Therefore, should be determined by culture antifungal treatment regimen reliably cover non-dermatophytes, if appropriate. Systemic-topical combination therapy involving broad-spectrum, locally applied may increase mycological clinical cure rates compared monotherapy systemic drugs.
