摘要: A high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method coupled with pattern matching was developed to differentiate whole chromatograms of raw and steamed Panax notoginseng objectively quantitatively. The major peaks differentiating samples were also identified for the first time in this herb. P. roots its products successfully differentiated. quantitative differences between correlated duration steaming. Chromatographic allows rapid, simple, automated, comparisons complex chromatograms. It is a useful tool ensuring safety quality herbal products.
