摘要: Differences in pelvic obliquity between small groups of persons with unilateral lower limb amputation and subjects without were analyzed. Kinematic walking data collected as six males transtibial three transfemoral walked over a range speeds. The patterns amplitudes from the compared to normal data. Results showed that smaller peak-to-peak associated higher levels. Pelvic drop during early prosthetic-limb stance tended be than sound-limb stance. Most exhibited an pattern which hip on prosthetic side was raised above stance-side swing phase, indicative compensatory action known hip-hiking. this hip-hiking phase well. study suggest further investigation is required determine those limitations current technology adversely affect gait amputation, if significant benefit can realized by restoring amputation.
