摘要: In this study, we have investigated the current-voltage characteristics of Ag-doped 0.94(K0.5Na0.5)NbO3-0.06LiNbO3 lead-free piezoelectric ceramics, prepared by a template grain growth (TGG) method employing cubic (K,Na)NbO3 single crystal seeds as templates. It is well known that TGG methods can improve properties increasing size during sintering process. The X-ray diffraction sample at room temperature showed perovskite structure.
