摘要: This work aims to understand the degradation induced by multiple injection molding cycles on numerous properties of wood flour reinforced polypropylene (PP) composites. The influence initial particle size was studied as well addition grafted with maleic anhydride (PPgma) a coupling agent at given rate. Biocomposite compounds (20wt% flour) are produced twin-screw extrusion. Then, and grinding were performed (up 7 cycles) obtain normalized samples. evolution characteristics is first assessed SEM observation, measurements nanoindentation experiments. PP matrix microstructure determined SEC tests (average molecular weight measurements), rheometer DSC (polymer crystallinity). Finally, material mechanical measured macro-scale thanks tensile tests. Our experimental results show that composite remain quite stable after processing despite degradation.
