摘要: The statement that DNA is an informational macromolecule one has moved from being insight, to a commonplace, dogma, and like so many dogmas ended as cliche. But this picture been given more concrete form in the last six years, with advent of x-ray crystal structure determinations synthetic oligomers defined sequence, both alone complexed control proteins such repressors antitumor drugs. It attractive idea structurally-minded molecular biologist ask precisely how information inherent gets out, way allows it be used by host organism.
