摘要: Corticotropin-releasing factor immunoreactivity (CRF-I) was measured in cortical brain tissue obtained at post-mortem from 12 suicide victims with clear evidence of depressive illness and age-matched sex-matched control subjects dying by natural causes. There were no significant differences mean CRF-I concentrations frontal, temporal, motor parietal cortex between the total group, or eight drug-free suicides their matched controls. These findings suggest that are unaltered discussed relation to recent reports elevated con centrations cerebrospinal fluid depressed patients.
