摘要: Angiogenesis is required for tumor growth. Dihydroartemisinin (DHA), a the effective anti-malarial derivative of artemisinin, demonstrated potent anti-angiogenic activities that closely related to regulation vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) signaling cascade. VEGF receptor 1 (VEGFR1), in cells (ECs), coordinately regulate angiogenic activity triggered by ligand-receptor binding. Here we aimed explore effects DHA on VEGFR1 expression ECs. We found significantly increases human umbilical vein (HUVECs). In addition, upregulates level V-Ets Avian Erythroblastosis Virus E26 Oncogene Homolog (ETS-1), transcriptional which binds promoter. ChIP assay showed ETS-1 binding -52 ETS motif Knockdown RNA interference abolished DHA-induced increase expression. Taken together, elevates via up-regulation transcription HUVECs.
