摘要: A new and simple high-performance liquid chromatography method was developed validated for the simultaneous determination of retinol, retinyl palmitate, β-carotene, α-tocopherol vitamin C in rat serum treated with Plantago Major L. 7,12 dimethylbenz[a]anthracene. High-performance analysis performed utilizing an Inertsil ODS3 reversed phase column methanol-tetrahydrofuran-water as mobile under gradient conditions, at 1.5 mL min(-1) flow rate 25 °C. Diode-array detection 325, 450, 290 270 nm (retinol palmitate), C, respectively runnig time 18 min. The assay extraction procedure proposed are simple, rapid, sensitive accurate. then applied serum. Results this study demonstrated that; 60th day DMBA-treated group, there a significant decrease levels compared to control group. increase observed dimethylbenz[α]anthracene+Plantago L.-treated group Additionally, results obtained found be agreement data reported literature.
