Accoridng provided by invention, pair quantitative ion pairs is respectively selected each detection substance, relative retention time used as qualitative basis, standard curve made using product quantification; furthermore, accuracy effectiveness are evaluatedfrom quality control three low, middle high levels, thereby avoiding distortion result; meanwhile, an internal working solution applied correction, so that matrix effects can be avoided, accurate quantification realized. has advantages simple rapid operation, flux low cost, appliedto therapeutic monitoring clinical work psychiatry department.
