摘要: The bisphosphonates are a new class of drugs which have been developed in the past two decades for use various diseases bone, tooth, and calcium metabolism. Three on market today, while others under clinical or preclinical investigation. This chapter will cover chemical experimental aspects as well applications these compounds. Literature is essentially limited to one reference, usually original report. For recent reviews, weighted somewhat differently with more extensive references, see Fleisch (1983) Francis Martodam (1983).
