摘要: This study investigated the inclusion of low-income community users by surveying digital information literacy, in term their attitudes toward electronic media and Internet-based reading. Two hundred thirty-eight public library from ethnic diverse communities participated this survey. Younger readers found reading online as easy print books, while older preferred media. Lower-income were able to access Internet mainly libraries reported slightly positively Reading resources residents poorer urban did not vary gender, contrary common sense that women outread men.
