摘要: Abstract Two methods were used to control the crystal size of ZSM-5 synthesized with commercial silica sol. One is use organic additives; other colloidal silicalite-1 seed. Addition polyethylene glycol (PEG) synthesis gel favors formation relatively small uniform crystals because promotion nucleation and somehow hindering growth crystals, although it has little influence on structure, crystallinity, acidity, shape. The prepared catalyst shows higher catalytic stability than sample PEG-free in methanol-to-hydrocarbon (MTH) reaction. Finely controllable different-sized was realized by epitaxially growing around could be tuned from 200 1000 nm every 100 nm through adjusting crystallization time amount added This makes possible systematically study effect zeolite its performance tune product distribution.
