摘要: The degree of relatedness between 4 US serotypes (10, 11, 13 and 17) bluetongue (BT) virus (BTV) were determined by both oligonucleotide fingerprint analyses double-stranded (ds) RNA as well tryptic peptide viral coded polypeptides. Similar studies undertaken using different alternate isolates particular 2 (1 2) epizootic hemorrhagic disease (EHD) (EHDV), a closely related serogroup orbiviruses. results indicate that all BT viruses are genetically to each other although EHDV-1 EHDV-2 originated from common gene pool, the serogroups, EHDV BTV, not interactive.
