摘要: Total knee arthroplasty (TKA) is usually associated with severe post-operative pain, which can prevent rehabilitation of patients' function and influence the satisfaction surgery. Local infiltration analgesia (LIA) a method that has been applied in clinical practice recently. However, use this still under discussion. In paper, we systematically reviewed randomized trails (RCTs) comparing LIA peripheral nerve block (PNB) to verify efficacy safety LIA. During analysis, strictly filtered papers chose ones had fewer disturbance variables. We also analyzed heterogeneity. conclude when compared PNB, pain control at least comparable.
