摘要: Molecular karyotyping and Southern blot hybridization were used to investigate chromosomal polymorphism of the LAC genes controlling lactose fermentation in Kluyveromyces marxianus strains isolated from various dairy products natural sources Russia CIS countries. Profound karyotype patterns accumulation observed K. strains. intensively fermented at 37°C after one day cultivation, while non-dairy exhibited delayed or did not ferment it all. Based on tests, twelve selected, which are interest as potential probiotic microorganisms suitable for further molecular genetic studies breeding.
