摘要: A series of sulfonated poly(aryl ether ketone)s (SPAEKs) were prepared by aromatic nucleophilic polycondensation 2,6-dihydroxynaphthalene with 5,5′-carbonyl-bis(2-fluorobenzenesulfonate) and 4,4′-difluorobenzophenone. The structure degree sulfonation (DS) the SPAEKs characterized using 1H NMR spectroscopy. experimentally observed DS values close to expected derived from starting material ratios. thermal stabilities thermogravimetric analysis, which showed that in acid sodium salt forms they thermally stable air up about 240 380 °C, respectively. Transparent membranes cast directly polymerized exhibited good mechanical properties both dry hydrated states. dependence water uptake membrane swelling on at different temperatures was studied. SPAEK a 0.72 1.60 maintained adequate after immersion 80 °C for 24 h. proton conductivity degrees measured as function temperature. films increased DS, highest room temperature (4.2 × 10−2 S/cm) recorded 1.60, further 1.1 10−1 S/cm °C. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
