摘要: An ion beam technique has been developed to simulate the microstructural damage expected in materials future fusion reactors. The simulation utilizes two lines simultaneously, one with Ni ions create a high atomic displacement density,+ and other mixture of molecular deuterium 4D+2 4He+. profiles implanted helium have measured by method nuclear microanalysis.
