摘要: We conducted the study described in this paper to investigate impact of ambient temperature on mortality Netherlands during 1979-1997, heat waves and cold spells particular, possibility any wave- or spell-induced forward displacement mortality. found a V-like relationship between temperature, with an optimum value (e.g., average lowest rate) 16.5 degrees C for total mortality, cardiovascular respiratory among those [Greater equal to] 65 year age. For due malignant neoplasms youngest age group, temperatures were 15.5 14.5 C, respectively. above optimum, increased by 0.47, 1.86, 12.82, 2.72% neoplasms, disease, diseases, respectively, each degree Celsius increase preceding month. below 0.22, 1.69, 5.15, 1.37%, decrease Mortality significantly all studied, elderly most effected extreme heat. The led increases selected causes, especially Average excess studied was 12.1%, 39.8 deaths/day. 12.8% 46.6 deaths/day, which mostly attributable elderly. results concerning deaths not conclusive. no cold-induced deaths.
