摘要: Two maxima in transverse relaxation rate of Cu(2) nuclei YBa$_2$Cu$_3$O$_{7-y}$ are observed, at T = 35 K and 47 K. Comparison the $^{63}$Cu(2) $^{65}$Cu(2) rates indicates magnetic character relaxation. The enhancement fluctuating local fields perpendicular to CuO$_2$ planes is connected with critical fluctuations orbital currents. Maximum appearance inhomogeneous supeconducting phase. Together data published date, our experimental results allow suggest a qualitatively new phase diagram superconducting
