摘要: A review of the literature reveals potential advantages that papermakers can achieve by placing minerals in lumens or cell walls fibers before pulp is formed into paper. Loading filler fiber lumen mechanical deposition within wall in-situ precipitation has been reported to generally result a moderate reduction light scattering coefficient and increased strength properties laboratory handsheets, as well paper manufactured with pilot plant equipment, when compared conventional addition filler. However, there are some exceptions this general observation, where loading decrease tensile Some related effects be achieved either precipitating mineral onto surfaces co-flocculating particles cellulosic fines. Challenges remain respect implementation fiber-loading concepts at commercial scale. Also, need for further research aimed establishing high-end applications which it may an advantage load other substances.
