摘要: Vesicular stomatitis virus contains single-stranded ribonucleic acid of molecular weight 3.6 x 10(6) and three major proteins with weights 75 10(3), 57 32.5 10(3). The have been shown to be subunits the surface projections, ribonucleoprotein, matrix protein, respectively. From these values from estimates proportions individual proteins, it has calculated that approximately 500 1,100 protein units on ribonucleoprotein strand, 1,600 units. Possible models are proposed in which interrelated.
