摘要: The investigations of noradrenergic lesions and dopaminergic have established particular profiles functional deficits accompanying alterations biomarkers in brain regions circuits. In the present account, focus these is directed toward effects upon neurotransmission expression that are associated with movement disorders psychosis-like behavior. this context, it was denervation, through administration selective noradrenaline (NA) neurotoxin, DSP-4, should be performed prior to depletion dopamine (DA) MPTP. Employing regime, shown (i) following DSP-4 (50 mg/kg) pretreatment C57/Bl6 mice, both neurochemical (DA loss) MPTP (2 × 20 2 40 were markedly exacerbated, (ii) postnatal iron (Fe2+, 7.5 mg/kg, on days 19–12), followed by lower mg/kg dose induced even greater losses motor behavior striatal DA. As yet, combination NA-DA depletions, more so Fe2+–NA-DA depletion, has been considered a disorder aspect although studies exploring cognitive domains lacking.
