摘要: Two hundred eighty patients were admitted to an intensive care stroke unit over a one-year period. Subsequent investigation indicated that only 199 of these actually had cerebral ischemic or hemorrhagic lesions, 10 other cerebrovascular and the remaining 71 unrelated diseases, predominantly seizures. Detailed analysis 103 revealed overall incidence 59% hypertension, 72% hypertensive, valvular heart disease. Fifty percent various cardiac arrhythmias, some which responsible for acute lesion. Fourteen died during phase, 11 from apparently irreversible selling, mainly due hemorrhage. Secondary complications such as pneumonia, pulmonary embolism, pressure sores urinary infection almost nonexistent, but beneficial effects on primary lesions more difficult demonstrate.
