摘要: The actions of Ca antagonists, organic compounds which prevent the influx Ca, were studied in various regions vascular beds excised from several species using micro-electrode and whole-cell voltage clamp methods. In relation to antagonists on membrane, effects these drugs mechanical responses evoked by spike depolarizations induced high K or agonists isometric tension recording method. smooth muscle, most inhibited voltage-dependent channel a greater extent than receptor-operated channel. However, some not only but also mobilization muscle cells. Since individual possess different features inhibition activity, we tentatively classified their Ca-dependent channels, sarcoplasmic reticulum, contractile proteins. inhibitory cardiac are briefly discussed comparison those muscle.
