摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter reviews the evidence that recognition marker on lysosomal enzymes contains mannose 6-phosphate (Man-6-P). The describes experiments suggest main function of Man-6-P in and its receptor membranes mammalian cells is to provide an intracellular transport system for segregating from other products endoplasmic reticulum (ER) transferring newly synthesized ER lysosomes.
