摘要: Abstract The objective of this study was to investigate the enhancement hydrogen production from alcohol wastewater by adding fermentation residue using an anaerobic sequencing batch reactor (ASBR) under thermophillic operation (55 °C) and at a constant pH 5.5. digestibility added also evaluated. For first set previous experiments, ASBR system operated obtain optimum COD loading rate 50.6 kg/m3 d without produced gas contained 31% H2 69% CO2. In experiment, effect (100–1200 mg/l) on performance investigated wastewater. At concentration 1000 mg/l, 40% 60% CO2 methane gave highest yield specific 128 ml/g removed 2880 ml/l d, respectively. Under thermophilic with high total (51.8 kg/m3 d) short HRT (21 h) 5.5, could only break down cellulose (41.6%) hemicellulose (21.8%), not decompose lignin.
