摘要: Six 1.2-m3 tanks were stocked with an initial biomass of 500 g m-3 Litopenaeus vannamei juveniles (individual weight: 1.0±0.3 g), to evaluate the effect biofloc promotion on water quality and shrimp growth production, identify dominant taxa in heterotrophic communities present experimental closed cultures. Feeding was ad libitum twice daily 35% protein feed. Three managed as technology (BFT) systems, adding amount cornmeal equivalent 50% feed supplied. The remaining three received only served controls. Experiment lasted 21 days. mean concentrations P-PO4 3- inorganic dissolved N species (TAN, N-NO2 -, N-NO3 -) significantly lower (P<0.5) BFT than control. individual final weight, increase biomass, food, conversion rates better control (P<0.05). content gained cultures 45.7% protein-N added feed, higher 34.7% recycled into Bacterial not different. Vibrionaceae dominated both systems; some isolates potential pathogens, diversity treatment. advantages are confirmed by TAN - concentrations, well performance terms growth, yield, food efficiency.
