摘要: Vaccination is one of the most effective approaches in prevention and control disease worldwide. Oral vaccination could have wide applications if protection cannot be achieved through traditional (eg, parenteral) routes vaccination. However, oral administration hampered by difficulties transferring vaccines vivo. This has led to development materials such as carriers with potential adjuvant effects. Considering requirements for selecting adjuvants well advantages nanoparticle/microparticle immune effectors antigen conveyors, synthetic improve efficiency In this review, nanoparticles microparticles characteristics are described regard their importance immunization, some promising successful modification strategies summarized.
