摘要: We are strong advocates of evidence-based software engineering (EBSE) in general and systematic literature reviews (SLRs) particular. believe it is essential that the SLR methodology being used constructively to support research. Aim: This study aims assess value mapping studies which a form identify categorise available research on specific topic. Methods: use multi-case, participant observer case using five examples were based preceding studies. Results: identified 13 unique benefits can accrue from basing only 2 specific. also 9 problems associated with two Conclusions: Mapping save time effort for researchers provide baselines assist new efforts. However, they must be high quality terms completeness rigour if reliable basis follow-on
